One of the coolest things about being a writer for many years (and a bit of a hoarder) is that I get to read through old journal entries from different seasons of my life.
As I read, I’ve smiled to myself at what I felt was important as an 18 year old and relish in my growth and knowledge of boys since then.
My heart brakes for that young 20 something version of me that struggled with confidence for Such- A- Long- Time.
My belly sinks when I read about how miserable I felt over things I believed were far out of reach and outside of my control in my late 20s and early 30s.
Joy seemed unattainable for so long to me.
I was introduced to health coaching about four years ago through a health initiative project I was leading at the time. The timing was divine as I needed health coaching without realizing it. Many areas in my life seemed stagnant and I needed change. My health coaching experience went well (as you can imagine) and the practice peaked my interest as I found it to be so beneficial. Fast forward 4 years, I am now a Certified Integrative Health Coach.
My personal and professional background have led me to want to best support people who are caregivers. Those of us who sometimes feel we can still pour out of an empty cup, those who care for others, those seeking balance, those who need to prioritize themselves but find it challenging. If this is you, we need to talk!
I want to offer you a 15 minute complimentary session to tell you more about health coaching and answer any questions you may have. I also want to invite you to check out the “About Integrative Health Coaching” page on my website which includes some helpful Q&As.
I’m looking forward to talking with you and telling you all about the integrative health coaching experience and how placing a little realistic focus on yourself can transform your life.
Best wishes for a wonderful end to your February. I hope you’re finding ways to give yourself some extra self-love.
